When is the best time to get a measure & quote for splashbacks?

Any time. – We can give you an estimated price, if you supply us with the sizes. The more accurate the sizes supplied, the more accurate the quote.

If your kitchen is completely installed (bench tops specifically) & your electrician has already installed or marked the positioning of power/phone points etc, we can come out and accurately measure and quote.

For installation, we prefer a smooth straight surface (usually plaster board or cement sheeting). In some cases we can place the splashbacks over the top of existing tiles for an affordable, fresh look.

Is there a warranty on the splashbacks?

Yes, we offer a 3 year guarantee on the glass.

How long do Splashbacks take to be installed?

From measure to installation, you’ll enjoy your stunning new splashback in about 15-20 days.

What about power points or cut-outs?

We need to know exactly where power points & other cut-outs will be, as all cut-outs and holes are drilled prior to installation. We use 6mm toughened safety glass & this can’t be altered, once tempered.

What colours can I have?

We have a wonderful Dulux colour range to offer you from sassy metallics to our full solid colour samples. We can also colour match to suit your needs, so if there’s a colour you love from another manufacturer, just let us know and we’ll see if we can match it.
We use Starphire glass to get the exact shade.

Do I require a fire retardant board behind my hotplate?

Yes, if you have a gas hot plate. Electric hot plates do not require this board. This fire-rated board must comply to Australian standards. Cement sheet is not adequate.

Where else can glass splashbacks be used?

There are many places for splashbacks…. kitchens, bathrooms, laundries – wet areas, table tops, feature walls and shelving.

What payment methods do you use?

We take payment by cheque, cash and direct deposit. If paying by cheque, please note that we will require this 7 business days prior to installation. Direct deposit payment must be made two days prior to installation. If payment is made by cash, payment can be made on the day of installation.
