Terms & Conditions for Guarantee

Any wilful or deliberate damage to the splashback will void the guarantee.

With gas hot plates, the distance from the splashback to the back of the closest burner must exceed 120 millimetres.  If the distance is within 120 millimetres, there will be no guarantee for that particular panel of glass.

Do not lean pots or pans on the glass surface, or let a naked flame from gas cooktops touch the glass, as direct heat transfer will cause damage (such as paint discolouring) or breakage.  Such actions are not covered by the guarantee.
